Cancellation Policy

If you are able to move your reservation to another date in the same season, you will not lose your deposit or payment. This must be done 8+ days before your check in date for a cottage and 6+ days for a campsite. To do this, please contact En Gedi. (text or leave voicemail - 269.689.7490) or email relax@engediresort.com

Cottages: Cancellations on cottages 0-2 days before a reservation forfeit any refund.
Cancellations 3-7 days before a reservation will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations 8+ days before a reservation will receive a full refund minus one night.

Campsites: Cancellations on campsites 0-7 days before a reservation forfeit any refund.
Cancellations 8+ days before a reservation will receive a full refund minus one night.

If you downgrade to a site with fewer hook up options, your balance will remain in camp credit for use on a future stay.

We cannot refund for inclement weather,  emergencies, change of plans, if you choose to leave early or any other reason.
